Within the Customer Service Improvement and Expansion initiative, CZ LOKO’s service centre in the North Bohemia region has moved as of 1 June 2014. This service centre is now located in Lovosice on the premises of the Lovochemie company. This move to share the repair shop is another step in improving the long-term, high quality cooperation of both companies, which are among the most significant companies on not only the national, but also on the European market. At this new site, the CZ LOKO service will continue providing paid services for the Czech region.

The strategic location of our new base, along with the complete service base, are the foundation for further development in providing service to our clients in the required quality,” the Service Director and Quality Director, Pavel Oralek, mentions.
The Lovosice Service Centre provides in-house, year-round service of diesel and electric locomotives ranging from full service to small checkups and minor unplanned repairs. The service centre is reachable from the 4th transit corridor (Decin - Usti nad Labem – Kralupy nad Vltavou – Praha Main Station) through to the Lovosice connecting station.
